workforce diversity report 2014 2015

This report sets out our annual workforce diversity data from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.

It covers age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation. We also collate information on the experience of carers within our workplace.

The data relates only to individuals who are directly employed by the Commission and staff who are on secondment or loan. It excludes commissioners and temporary staff.

Our workforce data forms part of the equality information that we use to help us meet our duty to eliminate discrimination and harassment, promote equality of opportunities and foster good relations between different groups within our workforce.
