This draft policy sets out our planned approach to enforcing the gender pay gap regulations.

We want employers to follow the law without the need for formal enforcement action. However, we will take action where employers do not comply with the requirement to publish their data, despite our encouragement to do so.

We consulted on the plans included in this document. We are now looking at responses and the final version of the policy will be published shortly.
