Some of Scotland’s poorest and most disadvantaged communities risk falling even further behind, a new report from the Equality and Human Rights Commission warns today.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission in Scotland has welcomed the report from the Independent Advisory Group on Hate Crime, Prejudice and Community Cohesion, which calls for a multi-agency approach to stamp out hate crime in Scotland.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission has today launched its Strategic Plan for 2016–19, setting out an ambitious programme to challenge discrimination, advance equality of opportunity, and protect and promote human rights in Britain.
