Paradigm Precision Burnley Ltd has entered a legally binding agreement with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) following an Employment Tribunal decision that found it had discriminated against one of its employees, Mr Peter Allen.
A new inquiry to investigate whether changes to legal aid funding have left some victims of discrimination unable to access justice has been launched today.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission has today launched its Strategic Plan for 2016–19, setting out an ambitious programme to challenge discrimination, advance equality of opportunity, and protect and promote human rights in Britain.
