Identifying and tackling discrimination in the workplace

This free course will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to advise workers on their rights under the Equality Act 2010, to help you resolve disputes and understand a claimant’s recourse to Employment Tribunal.

This training is led by an employment lawyer and Employment Tribunal lay members. This course will benefit advisers from Citizens Advice, voluntary sector advisers, trade union representatives, as well as human resources and equality advisers.

You can also gain an optional qualification and network with others providing advice in your part of Wales.

Delegates are expected to attend all six sessions, 9.30am to 4pm.
