Employers obligations during pregnancy | Disability

It is good practice for you to invite the employee to a meeting to review any reasonable adjustments, and identify whether any changes need to be made throughout the different stages of her pregnancy and maternity leave. It is advisable for the review to take into account any arrangements for training or keeping in touch days.

Some disabled employees may not ordinarily require reasonable adjustments. However, you may need to consider a temporary reasonable adjustment due to their pregnancy.
