It is good practice for your employer to contact you to set up a meeting to discuss your return to work and to review your reasonable adjustments to see if any changes are needed.
Even if you did not need reasonable adjustments before your pregnancy, you may require them on your return to work. Your employer must take any new requirements into account and make the adjustments needed.
You should advise Access to Work of any significant changes to your support requirements, or, if this is the first time you have needed changes, of your requirements.
