When does your employee want to start their adoption leave?
UK Adoption Leave can start up to 14 days before the child comes to live with
your employee or one day after. Please note that dates can change so it is
advisable to be flexible. An email reminder will be generated which you can
add to your Outlook calendar with links to pre-prepared model letters covering
Adoption Leave start and end dates and Additional Adoption Leave dates.
