In 2015 we launched an industry-backed campaign to improve working conditions in the commercial cleaning sector and to improve understanding of workplace rights by cleaning operatives and their managers.

Cleaning taskforce
The Commission set up an industry-led action group, formed to improve working conditions for cleaning operatives across the sector. The taskforce was chaired by Commissioner Caroline Waters and came to a close in March 2017.
