Our submissions to the UN Committee on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Our submissions identify issues affecting disabled people and recommend that the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities asks the UK and devolved governments for information about how these issues are being addressed. 

The Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Scottish Human Rights Commission submitted a supplementary report specifically covering issues affecting disabled people in Scotland.
