EHRC Scotland have published ‘Public Authorities in Scotland - Who is covered by the Specific Duties under the Public Sector Equality Duty?’ 

This guide aims to provide a list of all the public authorities in Scotland who are covered not only by the general public sector equality duty under the Equality Act 2010, but also by the specific duties in Scotland.

This guide includes the 2012 and the 2015 Regulations and was last updated in September 2016.
