Canllaw Technegol ar Ddyletswydd Cydraddoldeb y Sector Cyhoeddus i Gymru, Lloegr a’r Alban.

Mae’r ddyletswydd cydraddoldeb yn gofyn i awdurdodau cyhoeddus arddangos eu bod yn gwneud penderfyniadau ariannol mewn ffordd deg, dryloyw ac atebol, gan ystyried anghenion a hawliau aelodau gwahanol eu cymuned. Rydym wedi cyhoeddi canllaw i gynorthwyo arweinyddion a phenderfynyddion awdurdodau cyhoeddus i sicrhau bod y broses a ddilynir i asesu effaith cynigion ariannol ar gydraddoldeb yn gadarn, a bod yr effaith y gallai cynigion ariannol ei gael ar grwpiau a warchodir yn cael ei ystyried yn drylwyr cyn pennu unrhyw benderfyniadau.

Cafodd y Codau Ymarfer a’r canllaw a ganlyn ar y dyletswyddau cydraddoldeb blaenorol eu cyhoeddi gan y cyn Comisiynau cydraddoldeb, (Comisiwn Hawliau Anabledd, Comisiwn Cydraddoldeb Hiliol, Comisiwn Cyfle Cyfartal). Mae’r rhain yn hen ac wedi’u disodli. Fodd bynnag, gwyddom y gallai rhai o’r dogfenni hyn fod o werth o hyd i unigolion neu sefydliadau i ddiben hanesyddol neu ymchwil.
