Creating a fairer Britain
Not just another statistic - Working together to challenge prejudice is a forthcoming report, following research into the life experiences of Gypsy Travellers, asylum seekers and refugees, transgender people and people with a mental health condition living in Wales.
Top of the agenda is the impact of prejudice and discrimination on daily life and what needs to change for people to lead confident lives.
Here is an opportunity to attend the launch of the report and hear the results of the Commission’s survey, help us focus on the barriers and solutions, and identify the next steps.
There will be two events in North and South Wales - 24 November in Newport, and again on 7 December in Wrexham. Both events will run from 10am until 3.30pm.
