This evidence based report focuses on young people across the equality strands, including gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and groups including Gypsy, Roma and Travellers (GRT), young people not in education, employment or training (NEET) and teenage mothers.
This independent, qualitative research looks at the impact of counter terror measures on Muslims in Britain, and if this was different from other people. It examines the diverse experiences of Muslims on the street and in the community, at ports and airports, and in mosques, schools and universities, as a result of counter terrorism measures.

This research was designed to provide detailed information about disabled people's experiences and views of disability-related harassment and their perceptions of the role of public bodies. It was based on focus groups and in-depth interviews with a total of 87 disabled people, recruited on the basis of having experienced disability-related harassment in the previous three years.

This research was commissioned as part of a formal inquiry into older people and human rights in home care in England. It is based on in-depth interviews with a cross section of 40 older people receiving home care arranged mostly through their local authority but also, in a small number of cases, privately. As well as exploring potential risks to human rights or failure to address them, the research was also concerned with good practice and the positive impact that home care can have on human rights for many older people.

This research was carried out as part of a formal inquiry into older people and human rights in home care in England. The report presents findings from two surveys: one with local authorities and the other with organisations that provide home care. The surveys explored if human rights, in the broadest terms, were covered in commissioning, procurement, contract management, assessments and other activities related to home care services.
