What we will do with the information you send us
We will use the evidence you give us to inform our final report and recommendations. We will not be able to include every response individually; however we may wish to refer to particular evidence submitted. If you would prefer your evidence to be reported anonymously, please let us know on your completed form.
It will be really helpful, however, if you can give us your contact details and general information about yourself / your organisation so that we can make sure we've got a range of responses from all sections of society and also contact you if we need to clarify anything you tell us.
You can find out more about our position on confidentiality here: Confidentiality statement
If you would find it helpful to learn more about human rights before filling in the form, please visit the human rights section of our website.
