Hearing-impaired beautician talks about her experiences of growing up as a deaf woman and how this has affected her choice of career.
‘I got into training in London as a clapper loader. But after my training finished I went out on my own and it was much more of a struggle because I was deaf, I was a woman and working in the camera industry and the camera industry is very male dominated.’
