How can we make sure that our region makes full use of all the talents and experience its diverse communities possess? How can business use the talents of everyone in the region in order to grow and prosper? How can we overcome the barriers that stand in the way of people from all communities being able to realise their full potential?
This conference is aimed at those making a difference on equality and diversity in the Northwest. The event will also include the Launch of the new Northwest Regional Equality and Diversity Strategy and offer delegates the opportunity to influence equality and diversity priorities for the Northwest’s new integrated regional strategy.
