Guaranteed Interview Scheme (GIS)

We are committed to the employment and career development of disabled people.  If you tell us that you have a disability we can make reasonable adjustments at interview, where you work and to your work arrangements.

We operate a GIS for anyone with a disability as defined in the 1995 as amended Disability Discrimination Act.

If a disabled applicant claims a guaranteed interview, then they only need to meet the essential qualifying criteria for the job they have applied for at the application and selection testing stages of the recruitment process.  They will then automatically be invited to the final interview stage.

If you wish to apply under the GIS, please complete the declaration in section 1 of the application form.

If you do not wish to apply under the GIS, but do require us to make reasonable adjustments at interview, then please also provide details.
