The aims of the project are:
- To identify good practice in public authorities in relation to embedding a human rights culture
- To identify the steps taken on the journey to embed a human rights culture
- To assess the positive impact and benefits of using human rights approaches on organisations, service delivery, customers and staff
- To identify key lessons in developing a human rights culture for other organisations
