If you received a grant last year from one of the ‘legacy commissions’, for example the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), you will need to complete a monitoring form to account for how the grant was spent.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission rigorously monitors all funded projects to ensure accountability and ‘value for money’. To complete monitoring of the 2007/08 programme, funded organisations are required to complete the ‘End of Year Monitoring Form’, which can be downloaded below. Please use the guidance notes to help you complete the form.

Please complete and return the form to the Grants Unit by 20 May 2008. We require an electronic copy and a signed printed copy of your form.
