Some employers may refuse to hire someone in a relationship with a person in the same organisation. They may also take disciplinary action against employees who begin a personal relationship.
Sex discrimination is only relevant in such situations if the employer treats a man or a woman less favourably than a person of the opposite sex would have been treated.
