The Equality and Human Rights Commission is the independent regulator for equality, human rights and good relations in Britain. We are a statutory body established under the Equality Act 2006 and our sponsor government department is the Home Office.
Commission employees are subject to levels of remuneration and terms and conditions of service (including pensions) within the general pay structure agreed with the Government Equalities Office (GEO) and the Treasury.
The information here has been published in line with the Government’s Transparency Agenda.
Datasets for senior staff and junior staff at the Commission can be downloaded from the Home Office website.
The information in these datasets details salaries, posts, job titles and teams, and is correct as of September 2011. Further information about the publication of Public Bodies' structure and salaries can also be found on the Home Office website.
